In this video Attorney Steve® discusses the recent shootings and the need for EVERYONE TO TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND TONE IT DOWN FOR THE SAKE OF OUR KIDS, OUR COUNTRY AND OUR SANITY.

This case involves the "political shooting" in Tucson, Arizona democrat rally years ago, and Sarah Palin (then the VP choice for Senator John McCain). Her suit alleges she was trying to be linked to the shootings so she sued for libel (defamation) in Nw York.

The Second Circuit Court of Appeals has revived the lawsuit that was dismissed at the district court level following an "evidentiary hearing" that the appellate court found to be an improper process when ruling on the pleadings.
