Jodi Arias Appeal Update by Attorney Steve®

The defense was heard first. They have 30 minutes to make their case. The mainly argued prosecutorial misconduct by Juan Martinez. They said this created a circus like atmosphere, when coupled with other things, in the "cumulative" affected Ms. Arias due process constitutional rights to a fair trial.

The Three Panel Judges will now rule in "due course" as they said as the gavel came crashing down.

A couple of mistakes in this video. Cases start at the trial court level, and move up to the appellate court if one party wants to appeal. If they lose in appeal, they can seek to take their case to the supreme court for review. I mis-spoke on that one.
