BREAKING LEGAL: Arizona Gov Ducey closes bars & gyms due to Covid-19 effective immediately

BREAKING LEGAL NEWS with Attorney Steve®. Arizona to SHUT DOWN (aka "Pause") AZ bars and gyms and stop issuing liquor licenses. Meanwhile, Costco, Wallmart and big box retailers will remain open. In this video, we take a look at the Governor Ducey executive order effective at 8 p.m. tonight (June 29, 2020). The claim is there is a big rise in Covid-19 cases in the Sunbelt area (remember, originally they said the heat KILLS the china virus). Apparently not. There was recent uproar about college age kids partying it up in Scottsdale (the Party Capital of Arizona), and perhaps this order is in response to that, not sure. Decide for yourself.

At any rate, masks and social distancing do not appear to be enough, shutting down small business (which impacts the hard working employees of these companies - who have rent, mortgages, credit card debts and student loans) appears to be Ducey's response.

The order addresses swimming pool gatherings (hampering that if over 10 people) and large gatherings over 50 which is deferred to local cities and towns to handle.

Interesting times. Be safe, don't panic and maintain love and respect for others.
