Don't forget - if the court grants the motion to dismiss - usually, it will be WITHOUT PREJUDICE - meaning the Plaintiff can go refile the lawsuit in the proper jurisdiction. They may or may not want to do this. They may not be licensed in the proper jurisdiction.
