F.R.C.P. Rule 41 Involuntary Dismissal by Attorney Steve®

In this episode of Litigation Whiteboard® Attorney Steve® discusses FRCP Rule 41(a) Motion for Involuntary Dismissal of a federal court lawsuit. There are several different grounds for filing the motion and there is no "age of case" requirements. Some of the grounds are failing to prosecute, failing to follow court orders or local rules, dilatory practices that cause undue waste and delay in a case.
