In this episode, Attorney Steve® discusses the recent lawsuit filed on January 7, 2022, in the Central District of California against Kim Kardashian (social influencer), Floyd Mayweather (ex-pro boxer), Paul Pierce (ex-pro basketball player), and alleged founders and executives of a token called Etherium Max. This is not to be confused with the #2 coin in the United States, Etherium or ETH.

In this class action lawsuit (which is just basically getting started, and which features heavyweight law firms such as Fenwick West, King & Spalding, and Cooley) Plaintiff alleges unfair competition (California B&P section 1700), a violation of the California Legal Remedies Act ("CLRA"), aiding and abetting and seeks punitive damages.
