Before you purchase NFT’s make sure you know what you are buying. This can include digital assets such as photos, artwork, domain names, digital “real estate” on Superworld, Decentraland or Sandbox, and if you need more extensive legal rights - such as the full rights of ownership of the underlying creative work, make sure to contact to discuss putting together a purchase and sale agreement with assignment of copyright to make sure you have all of the “bundle of rights” of the copyright holder. If not, in most cases all you are buying is the token and digital proof of ownership and right to resell and transfer that.
