When it comes to speaking in tongues it is important to know what does and does not need interpretation. When praying in tongues we are not talking to men but to God, and God does not need an interpretation. But when a message in tongues for the benefit of the congregation is spoken out, people need to understand what is being said to receive it. And that does require interpretation . .

It would help to have heard the other sermon and series leading up to this under the titles of Rich in the Holy Ghost I, II, and III - especially III to grasp the nature of these gifts
