The appreciation of the present moment exists in tension with the grasping mind that strives to manage life. The two are incompatible yet it is only through their integration that we can experience the fullness of life.

I don’t know that this summary does justice to the subject discussed. Listen and then forget about it - for the present moment cannot be extended beyond this now and efforts to possess are futile.
