Here's a simple recipe for creamy chicken:

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups spinach leaves
Instructions:

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for about 30 seconds, until fragrant.
