Masala doodh, also known as spiced milk, is a delicious and aromatic drink that is popular in India. Here is a simple recipe to make masala doodh at home:

Ingredients:

2 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
1-2 teaspoons sugar (adjust to taste)
Saffron strands (optional)
Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat it on medium heat.
Add the cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder to the milk.
Stir the milk mixture continuously until it comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat and let the milk simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
If using saffron strands, add them now.
Simmer for another 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat and let the masala doodh cool for a few minutes.
