Suspended Dr. William Bay is in the High Court of Australia - 22 March 2023

(Suspended) Dr. William Bay today fronted a special, emergency hearing before the Chief Justice of the Brisbane Supreme Court.

It was a hearing to determine whether William had the right to remove his matter and have it wholly and solely heard in the High Court of Australia.

This afternoon William received official notice from the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Queensland that the case of William Bay v. AHPRA, the State of QLD, and the Medical Board of Australia is now in the High Court of Australia.

This is huge news for all Australians. Billy Bay needs our prayers and support.
