US Congressman says we have Alien craft from another Galaxy

Tim Burchett is vocal in congress that the Pentagon is lying about alien material. He says in this news interview that he believes we have material and craft from another galaxy. He thinks the Pentagon covers it up because he who owns the technology, has the control.
