Reset and Refresh, Eat Raw Vegan Meals

Lent is currently in effect, and spring is just around the horizon. Every season's transition is the ideal opportunity to fast, cleanse, detox, or simply reset and recalibrate. I firmly believe that if we have a whole foods, plant-based diet on a daily basis, the body is detoxifying well already. To feel a little less thick and to reenergize, I find it nice to take a day to eat just raw foods. I hope these meals provide you with some inspiration.
