Actor Morris Chestnut who’s been on screen since 1991, and currently stars on the Fox medical drama The Resident, put down a couple million for a gorgeous Calabasas estate just last year. It isn’t his first rodeo with luxury Los Angeles real estate either, having owned a gorgeous house in the Granada Hills neighborhood back in the day, and a bit more recently, a mansion in the exclusive Hidden Hills.
