Uganda passes bill banning identifying as LGBTQ

Uganda's parliament on Tuesday (March 21) passed a law that criminalizes identifying as LGBTQ – "We are going to reinforce the law enforcement officers to make sure that homosexuals have no space in Uganda," said member of parliament Musa Ecweru.
