China not impartial 'in any way' on war in Ukraine -WH

White House National Security spokesperson John Kirby on Tuesday (March 21) said that when it comes to Ukraine, China isn't impartial "in any way." The comments came after Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin emerged from two days of talks with warm words of friendship between the two countries and joint criticism of the West, but no sign of a diplomatic breakthrough over Ukraine.
