When fascism made its debut in the early and mid 20th century, it was a paternal brand of fascism: one that defined itself based on mandated collective purpose and spiritual pursuit. Today, especially in the era of Covid 19/Coronavirus, we are seeing a new phase of fully-expressed fascism, but this time it is a maternal-brand: one whose collective mandate whose authority is derived not from providing collective purpose but collective safety.
This is a fascism governed by archetypally dark feminine energies and expressed as a sort of "Munchausen Syndrome By Proxy en masse:" that is a system whereby the an all-consuming government and social fabric is guaranteed its authority and legitimacy through projecting and foisting illness and dependency onto society as a whole.
