How to Make Delicious Buttermilk Fried Chicken At Home!!

If you're looking for a delicious and easy dish to make, then you should try my homemade fried chicken. It's a great way to enjoy some fried chicken without having to spend a lot of money. Plus, my recipe is easy to follow and you'll be able to make it in just minutes!

Ingredients
3 Ibs Chicken Tenders
2 Cups Buttermilk
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp White Pepper
1 Tsp Dried Dill
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/8 Tsp Ground Rosemary
1 Tbsp Of Your Favorite Hot Sauce (Optional)
Marinate For 4 Hours

Dredge
2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Dried Dill
1/2 Tsp Seasoned Salt
2 Tsp Chili Powder
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Corn Starch
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder (Optional)

Directions
Take your chicken tenders and add them to a large mixing bowl, make sure you pull the tendon out before adding the rest of your ingredients. Cover your chicken with your buttermilk and all of your seasoning, cover and let marinate for 4 hours in the fridge.
Next in another mixing bowl take combine all of your dry seasonings with your flour and corn starch. Take your tenders and using the dry, wet, dry method evenly coat with your breading. Preheat a skillet to medium high and fry 3 minuets per side and pull at 165 degrees internal temperature. Immediately hit with some sea salt and after letting it rest for 5 minuets enjoy!
