Porthcawl: Wizard Chess Tournament (summer)

We are looking to put together 2 chess teams this summer in Porthcawl.
40 people = 2 x 20 in a Harry Potter style format on a giant chess board.

Each Team consists of 16 players who will act as chess pieces, 3 substitutes and 1 chess player (preferably 2-3 chess players per team)

People who wish to be chess pieces, preferably can play chess but we will accept non chess players also to add to the fun and chaos.

Chess games will be on a timer and will be fast and dynamic.
