This limiting mindset can be a vicious cycle, leading us to feel helpless and disempowered. But the good news is that we can always break free from this pattern and start taking control of our life.
In this video, we’ll explore some tips for recognising and overcoming a passive attitude towards life and embracing positive action in becoming our own biggest hero.
