In this exclusive interview, Virgil Walker, G3’s executive director of operations, shares with Elaine how G3 grew from hosting several hundred people at its kickoff gathering in 2013 to more than 6,500 people at its latest conference all by focusing on the Gospel.

Walker is also the co-host of the Just Thinking Podcast and his Christian faith animates every aspect of his life: his vocation as a husband and father of three; his ministry of visiting the imprisoned; sidewalk counseling for women considering abortion; as well as calling out and denouncing “social justice” when it “uncouples” from God and becomes a man-made perversion.

“We must stop daily and ask how we are practicing our faith in the public square,” Walker said. “True justice — the righteousness of God — is always aligned with how God thinks.”
