"The credibility of our trade relies heavily upon our cold critique of the facts and an analysis of those individuals making these brave but bold claims. In this cull of the warranted rejection of likely suspects, I will try to offer up some explanations, which are based on the psychological, physiological and cultural conditions to which all men are subject. The aim of which, of course, is to arrive at a place where, to quote the great fictitious detective – Sherlock Holmes, “When you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.”
