On-screen and off screen, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is in dire straits. As Phase 5 has gotten off to a rocky start on the heels of the disastrous Phase 4, now comes the news the Victoria Alonso, Marvel Studios EVP in charge of visual affect (VFX) and post-production has exited the company. Was she pushed out? Did she have other issues going on that caused her to leave? Is she just smartly leaving a sinking ship before things go from bad to worse? Either way, Marvel is looking shakier than ever
