I love my new grill, it looks good and it really cooks the food great. Its also pretty easy to clean so far. You have to read and follow the directions because it isnt like other grills, but if you follow the directions it cooks the food great.
The charcoals cant be bunched up in the center and you cant use too many at once. If you spread them out like instructed or place them around the edge the gill cooks fine and fast.
I have not had a problem with this grill at all.
