It is Day 53 in the trial of United States v. Joseph Biggs et al., in which five (5) members of the Proud Boys are being prosecuted with charges of seditious conspiracy in connection with the events of January 6, 2021. The prosecution rested yesterday, paving the way for the defense to begin presentations of its cases. Having reserved his opening statements for after the prosecution's case, combat veteran and Purple Heart earner, Joe Biggs, by and through his counsel gave opening statements to the jury. You might know that counsel by the name Norm Pattis.
