Ingredients:

• 1 can (200g) of green corn
• 1 tablespoon cream cheese
• 1 box (200g) of table cream
• 60g olives (pitted)
• 100g sliced mozzarella
• 100g of straw potato
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 chopped zucchini
• 2 chopped carrots
• 2 small potatoes
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1/2 onion coarsely chopped
• 100g of chopped japonese pumpkin
• Olive oil

Method:

Cut the zucchini, onion and cambutiá squash, season to taste and add a drizzle of olive oil, place on the grill. Ah, don't forget the eyes to golden with.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the potatoes and carrots and put them to cook with salt, until they are all processed.

Remove the grills from the oven and set aside.

In the blender put: the grilled garlic, the corn with the water and set aside.

In a baking dish, place the cooked and grilled vegetables, olives, cottage cheese, cream and the blender mixture, mix everything.

Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden.
Remove and cover with the straw potato and serve warm.

*It's very tasty!!!!!
*Suggestion: Serve with rice!
