The rapture and its timing are one of the most debated topics in the Church. There is a belief that the Seven Churches of Revelation hold the answer to end the debate on the timing of the rapture. Many believe the Seven Churches of Revelation prove that the rapture does take place before The Great Tribulation. This belief is known as a Pre-Tribulation Rapture. There are three common beliefs on the rapture in the Church: Pre-Tribulation Rapture, Mid-Tribulation Rapture, and Post-Tribulation Rapture.
