▶️ Recipe (measuring rice spoon)
1️⃣Soak 150g of glass noodles in cold water for 30 minutes
2️⃣Chop vegetables (1/3 carrot, half onion, 3 shiitake mushrooms, half paprika)
3️⃣Chop 150g beef and season with 2 soy sauce, 1 sugar, 1 cooking wine, 1 garlic, pepper, and sesame oil.
4️⃣ Blanch the spinach half in boiling water until it dies, then wash and mix with salt, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
(You can also stir-fry with chives instead of spinach)
5️⃣Stir-fry vegetables with a little salt and stir-fry shiitake mushrooms and beef
6️⃣Boil noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes and rinse in cold water
7️⃣Put cooking oil, glass noodles, 2 dark soy sauce, half spoon sugar, and half spoon garlic into a frying pan and stir-fry until the glass noodles turn transparent.
(If cooking oil is not enough, add water and stir-fry)
8️⃣Turn off the heat and mix with stir-fried vegetables, meat, 1 oyster sauce, 1 sesame oil, 1-2 oligosaccharides (honey), sesame seeds, and pepper.
9️⃣Add soy sauce if fresh
