Germany started their preparations ahead of back-to-back international friendly matches against Peru and Belgium.

It will be Germany first competitive match after a disappointed 2022 World Cup in Qatar.

The 2014 World Cup champions crashed in the group stage in the last two World Cups in Russia and Qatar.

Germany forward Jamal Musiala has been ruled out of upcoming friendly games against Peru and Belgium because of a muscle-fiber tear in his left thigh.
