He is now a believer in energy after loss

Rowlan explains why he felt the need to trick himself into believing in energy to comfort himself after the grief and loss of his best friend. He had this experience after his friend died that made him a believer, find acceptance and comfort in his grief.

Hip Hop Artist, @rowlan , lost his best friend suddenly in late 2022 and he was the one that found him dead. Burdened with the responsibility to make calls to his family he shares his recent grief process of coping with the tra,uma of seeing his best friend die and all the feelings of grief and loss that come with it. He used his creativity with music to cope and has been able to go completely introspective with his grief process and what he got out of surviving grief.
