Alan Dershowitz on political prosecutions: “Targeted justice is injustice”

Alan Dershowitz, Harvard Professor Emeritus, says he has never heard of prosecutors running for office on the promise of prosecuting a particular individual. Dershowitz says Alvin Bragg’s targeting of former President Trump is a violation of the oath of office.
