Inspecting the final stages of a home being built in Wadell, AZ and got to see their mini skid steer in action. Quite an impressive way of moving a lot of soil! Of course this will make me want to check walls for places a skid steer may have bumped into, but cool nonetheless.

This gives a good view of the final grade, which is below the rock after it has been applied. Adequate grading and drainage around the home!
