In 2020, Shemar Moore treated himself to a residential upgrade, buying an ultra-modern villa in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles. It cost the actor $5.8 million and the home spans 9000 square feet with features like top-of-the-line security, a poolside pavilion, and more. Prior to this, Shemar was living in a Mediterranean-style mansion nearby in Encino which he sold at a loss last year as well.
