The first 16 minutes is the main part about PROTEIN & ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS.
I watched this interview back in 2011 and it changed my eating habits as Pharmacist Ben Fuchs explains how our Brain/Body is HARDWIRED to give SIGNALS when it is low in PROTEIN & ESSENTIAL FATTY ACIDS (OMEGA 3 & 6) and how we WRONGLY interpret those signals where your body is asking for ESSENTIALLY FATTY ACIDS (OMEGA 3 & 6) and we interpret that CRAVING for FATTY FOODS like fast foods, pizza or low on PROTEIN where we get CRAVINGS for SUGAR, etc.. but the next time you have strong CRAVINGS for fatty foods, try to just take the EFA's of OMEGA 3 & 6 and wait 30 seconds and see if you still have those strong CRAVINGS for fatty foods.
When your body CRAVES sugary foods it usually just wants proteins and eating protein is the quickest way to kill hunger and kill those cravings for SUGAR.
