Netto vs. Dekao (English Dub w. Japanese OST)

This is my proof of concept for a potential MegaMan NT Warrior Uncut English Dub. This is to gain interest in an Uncut Dub, and while I doubt Viz will do it themselves, that's why I'm here. I wanted this to be longer, but I didn't feel like doing text work so I decided to just shorten it down to just Lan and Dex battle where I remove the normal navis voice to match the Japanese version, same with the voice use for the PETs, and one line from Dex to keep his name a mystery until Lan reveals it in the next scene with Mayl. I also shorten the line "Cyber Sword" to just "Sword" to match the name use in the Battle Network games. It's a literally awkward because Cybersword was said together. I also went ahead and fix Lan's lines not matching the lip flap that was present in the clip on Twitter so now both his, and Dex, fit their mouths perfectly.
