Full body workout for body weight loss | heath $ fitness

Today I began a full body workout in the gym to stay healthy and in physical shape. To begin my training for the first time since 3 years, i had to take it easy and I did:
Running = 8 laps
5kg weight = 35 x 2
8kg weight = 12 x 2
Leg extension = 40 x 2
Incline press = 12 x 3
Mid Row = 2 x 12
Chest press = 35 x2
High pully 25kg = 25 x 2
Leg extension = 20 x 2
