METEORITE SMASHES INTO THE MOON - CAPTURED ON FILM BY ASTRONOMER

Everyday the surface of Earth changes, from natural events like earthquakes, rockfalls, and even heavenly events like a meteorite. The same is true for the moon. On February 23, 2023 a Japanese astronomer and curator of the Hiratsuka City Museum Daichi Fujii, recorded the event using cameras set to monitor the moon.
