Universal Yoga Nidra

A 30-minute Yoga Nidra sleeping meditation followed by 30 minutes of silence.

Instructions:

1. Find a comfortable place to lie down on your back. Use a cover if you tend to feel cold.

2. Turn your phone to airplane mode.

3. Set an intention for what you would like to focus or work on,

4. Then relax and follow the instructions of my voice.
