Cop watchers; Tempe Against Police Violence, Westside Accountability King George Wallin and SJD NEWS, are filming Public Safety Trooper Morgan (#7833) whilst he is conducting a traffic stop for a speeding infraction. Shortly into the encounter their attention is drawn to a commotion at the nearby intersection where a dark colored sedan has come to a stop, and the following happens...
