Freak Athlete Essentials Nordic Mini Specs

The Freak Athlete Nordic Mini is a small version of a Nordic hamstring curl bench.

It’s 38” long by 18” wide so it doesn’t take up a lot of room when compared to Rogue’s Floor Glute Ham bench which is 62” long by 24” wide.

The Nordic Mini’s padding is comfortable.

Knee pad is 3” thick with dimensions of 24” long x 18” wide.

Leg rollers are ver dense and about an inch in thickness.

Foot stability is great on the Nordic Mini.

Between the adjustable leg rollers (4 height settings) and the foot plate, there’s no movement of my feet at all.

At the foot plate end, the Nordic Mini has a weight for to counter balance heavy users.

It also comes with front wheels for easy transport.
