PURSUING REAL CONTENTMENT

1 Timothy 6:6-8 New King James Version
6 Now godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into this world, [a]and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8 And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR FRIENDS!!!

When do you most feel content?

Is it in your job, money, relationships, or something superficial. If it is, then as the Psychiatrist mentioned in this morning's devotional stated, you’re cursed to chase the “teasing an elusive butterfly” of contentment, and in his eyes “not always to capture it.”
Right now, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from this morning’s scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, because I believe that we need to pursue real contentment through Christ Jesus. Come join me in this vlog, my friends, and learn how to not only pursue, but catch real contentment through quietly resting in God's presence! 😊

So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will challenge you to pursue the true contentment that is found in Jesus.

How could you set aside unhurried time to be quietly present with God today?

I especially reach out to those, who are trying to find contentment and satisfaction through drugs, alcohol, sex, money, their job, relationships, or anything apart from Jesus, and let them know that they can find true and real contentment in Him. If you're a redeemed child of God, and you've strayed in some way, through trying to pursue life disregarding God, you can always come back to Him. He will welcome you back with open arms and help to show you what true contentment is. I especially pray for those that don't know Christ, and are pursuing things or people apart from Him, that you will choose the One that will bring you the ultimate in contentment and satisfaction and let Christ Jesus in your heart today. Trust me, there is no such thing as many paths, or other ways to Heaven, and the belief that there is no God, is a LIE. God DOES exist, and He is a just, holy, and righteous God who hates sin! He also LOVES you and sent His one and only Son to die on the cross for YOU!! I invite you all RIGHT NOW, to call on His name today, seek His face, ask Him to forgive you of whatever sins you’ve committed, and He WILL forgive it!! He doesn’t care about your lifestyle, skin color, faith, or ethnicity what you’ve done, where you’re from, or anything about you, just that you let Him in your heart TODAY!!!!
