My name is Navid Goebel, when I was in middle school I had to battle against depression and suicidal thoughts. I would miss weeks of school due to anxiety and would rarely talk to anyone. Now I'm 17 and have been on my self-improvement journey for a while. With this channel, I hope to share my journey to teach and inspire other young men who were or are in the same position as me to start self-improvement and learn the lessons I have learned and will learn going forward on my self-improvement journey.
