We all deserve hell
Romans 6:23a For the wages of sin is death;
What we earn for our sin is death. But not only a physical death, the Bible talks about a second death:
Revelation 20:14-15 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.
The second death is hell and the lake of fire. The Bible is telling us that we are all guilty of sin and deserve the punishment for our sin that is hell and the lake of fire.

Revelation 21:8 (second death)
Revelation 14:9-10 (burning forever)
Acts 2:31 (Jesus went there to pay our debt)
