Tarek El Moussa and Heather Rae Young are both familiar with buying and selling LA real estate but since becoming a couple, they haven’t moved into their dream home yet. The pair purchased a house in Newport Beach back in the Fall of 2020 and have been renovating it ever since, and now it’s finally close to being ready for them! In the meantime, Tarek and Heather have been renting, shacking up in a chic modern beach house nearby, and prior to this, Tarek’s bungalow in Costa Mesa which he sold for over $2.7 million last May.
