Belt Conveyor In the Future

In order to meet the needs of high yield, efficient and intensive production, the conveying capacity of belt conveyors needs to be increased. Long distance, high belt speed, large transportation capacity, and high power are the inevitable trend of future development, and are also the development direction of high yield and efficient mine transportation technology. In the next 10 years, the conveying capacity should be increased to 3000~4000 t/h, the speed should be increased to 4~6m/s, and the conveying length for the retractable belt conveyor should reach 3000 m. For a steel rope core strong belt conveyor, it is necessary to extend it to over 5000m, with a single machine drive power of 1000 to 1500 kW, and a conveyor belt tensile strength of 6000 N (steel rope core) and 2500 N (steel rope core).
