Here's a recipe for Caramel Boba Ice Tea:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup black tea leaves
4 cups hot water
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup tapioca pearls (boba)
1/4 cup caramel syrup
1 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup milk
Instructions:

Brew black tea by steeping 1/2 cup black tea leaves in 4 cups hot water for 3-5 minutes. Strain the tea leaves and set aside to cool.
In a separate pot, cook 1/2 cup tapioca pearls (boba) according to package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water.
In a small saucepan, heat 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup water over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture becomes syrupy. Add 1/4 cup caramel syrup and stir to combine.
Add the cooked boba to the caramel syrup mixture and stir until the boba is coated. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.
To assemble the drink, add 1 cup of ice cubes to a glass, followed by 1/2 cup of the cooled black tea. Add a few spoonfuls of the caramel-coated boba to the glass.
Pour 1/2 cup of milk over the ice and boba. Stir gently to combine.
