A repeat of yesterday with PIa and Ella--Pet names and/or the names, coincidentally, of an elevator yogi compadres kids?
AND. The Show--a brand name on wine bottle that I saw on a Friday night while taking care of someone's pets, and what a yogi said behind me in line on Saturday morning as if she knew about the bottle mysteriously. Creepy Stuff.
Thing is I love yoga. Vinyasa Flow--The original as taught here in Philadelphia by Dhyana Yoga, with a 75- to 90-Minute Sequence of asanas or poses, is no longer available. Is it part of an ongoing torture program here in Philadelphia to pay 3x more for 3x less yoga....with totally out-of-shape yogis who are yelling out poses as if in the military--quite opposite from the Namastes of yesteryear.
There, I said it. Why won't anyone else?
