The phrase "He is coming back in flaming fire" is a reference to the second coming of Jesus Christ as described in the Christian Bible. According to the Bible, Jesus will return to Earth at the end of time to judge the living and the dead. The Bible describes this event in various ways, one of which is with the imagery of flaming fire.

The apostle Paul wrote in 2 Thessalonians 1:7-8: "And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ."

Similarly, the book of Revelation describes Jesus' second coming with the following words: "And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war...And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God...And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God" (Revelation 19:11-15).
