Tongues and Interpretation of Tongues (3) : Speak By Faith

The Scriptural evidence for being filled with the Holy Spirit is SPEAKING in other Tongues. The Bible makes that clear. Experiences, hot-flashes and goose-bumps - even miracles themselves - are not the primary evidence of having been baptized in the Spirit.
